I've gone back to studying Deliberate Creation the last month or so. I'm always fascinated by this subject and it also has the effect of uplifting me. It is also a really good reminder for me to watch my thought processes. I'm prone to a bit of depression, especially when the sun doesn't shine and keeping my thoughts on positive things is better than a dose of Vitamin D!
One of the things I like to do every day is make a list of things I'm grateful for (there's an app on my tablet!). This can be done in the morning to flow into your day, or it can be done at night. Either one works.
I also occasionally (and I really ought to do it daily too, but I run out of things I want) write in my Pray Rain journal. This is a concept that was devised by Jeanette Maw (with an ebook of the same name) whereby you write about how fabulous your life is now, by including all the things that you want in your life as if they have already happened. It also has the effect of raising your vibration to a better level so that you can actually attract what you want.
Even the best manifestor in the world occasionally has to wait for things to happen. There are innumerable forces in the universe that have to coalesce to bring you want you want, and of course we have the time and space thing to account for, as well as other peoples' desires and ability to act on the guidance they are given which can help us along. It's a very complex process for our brains to wrap themselves around, so it is best just to stick to the basics.
1. Write down three things you believe you could manifest in the next week.
2. Spend time each day, say 2 or 3 minutes feeling how it will be when you get your desires.
3. Acknowledge yourself when your desires happen.
And don't forget to share with me either privately or on my Facebook page when it does happen. It increases the likelihood of it happening again.
